The Attributes of GOD

The qualities all 3 Persons of the Trinity possess in infinite measure.

GOD is LOVE
“Whoever does not Love does not know GOD, because GOD is Love.”  1 John 4:8.

GOD is HOLY
“I am the LORD who brought you up out of Egypt to be your GOD, therefore be holy, for I am Holy.”  Leviticus 11:45.

GOD is SPIRIT
“GOD is Spirit, and they that worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and in Truth.”  John 4:24.

GOD is TRUTH
“Into your hands I commit my spirit, redeem me O LORD, the GOD of Truth.”  Psalm 31:5.

GOD is LIFE
“And GOD said unto Moses: I AM THE I AM ...”  Exodus 3:14.
“Jesus answered: I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.”  John 14:6.

GOD is ETERNAL
“The eternal GOD is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms.”  Deuteronomy 33:27.

GOD is INFINITE
“Great is the LORD ... His greatness is unsearchable.”  Psalm 145:3.

GOD is IMMUTABLE
“I the LORD do not change.”  Malachi 3:6.
“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.”  Hebrews 13:8.

GOD is OMNIPRESENT
“Can anyone hide in secret places so that I cannot see him?” declares the LORD.  “Do not I fill heaven and earth?” declares the LORD.  Jeremiah 23:23-24.

GOD is OMNISCIENT
“I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come.”  Isaiah 46:10.

GOD is OMNIPOTENT
“Jesus looked at them and said ... with GOD all things are possible.”  Matthew 19:26.

GOD is PERFECT
“As for GOD, His way is perfect, the word of the LORD is flawless.”  Psalm 18:30.
“Be perfect therefore, as your Heavenly Father is perfect.”  Matthew 5:48.

GOD is BEAUTIFUL
“From Zion, perfect in beauty, GOD shines forth.”  Psalm 50:2.


7 Things GOD will NEVER do:

1.  GOD will never change.
2.  GOD will never Sin.
3.  GOD will never cease to exist.
4.  GOD will never cease to Love.
5.  GOD will never act contrary to His own nature.
6.  GOD cannot learn anything new.
7.  GOD can never be wrong.
