Commentary:
Born of Horror magic, Bone dragons are Horror Constructs that will instill fear in even the mightiest heros. Still possessing most of their dragon powers, and bestowed with horror powers, these undead creatures are formidable foes.

Created by Verjigorm, as a retribution to the dragons, they exist solely to destroy and create chaos. Verjigorm takes great pleasure in creating these monsters from fallen foes, then releasing them onto Barsaive.

The breath weapon of Bone Dragons is not a flame.. rather, it is a horror tainted flame of black, which draws the essense from the victim. Damage done with the breath weapon is added to the Death Rating of the dragon. This damage is not considered real on the victim, being a loss of lifeforce, rather than actual damage, and will never produce a wound. The damage can be recovered with rest, at a rate of 1 recovery test per hour. These recovery tests are free, and do not count towards the victims normal tests. Normal recovery tests have no affect on this damage. The purpose of the breath weapon is to cause a victim to become unconscious, so that the dragon may "swallow" them.

Once a victim is unconscious, the dragon will attempt to swallow them. (Treat the attempt as a bite) If the dragon is successful, the victim has become engulfed by the dragon, and will become part of the dragon. The flesh of the victim becomes fluid, and all items immediately fall from the victims. The now fluid flesh begins to fill in missing sections of skin from the dragons body.. in effect, becoming the skin of the dragon. Each victim ingested add +1 Physical Defense, and +2 Armor to the dragon.

The truley horrifying aspect of being swallowed by a Bone dragon is that the victim is fully aware while part of the dragon.. they can see, hear, smell, etc. everything as if they were unaffected. They can not, however, speak.. their talk sounding more like pitiful wails of agony. Damage done to the dragon does not affect them personally, and if the dragon is destroyed, they will return to normal immediately, fully healed, with the exception of wounds. However, the dragons steals more than just just thier skin.. each round that the victim is within the dragon reduces their Willpower by one. This effect is permenant, and can only be reversed by the normal means (spending Legend to increase a stat, equipment or Passion intervention..) If the victim is held within the dragon until their Willpower becomes 0, they will become a ghoul, and will be immediatly "excreted" from the dragon. Treat the victim as a ghoul but with thier attributes and talents/skills unchanged. Once they become a ghoul, thier Willpower returns to the correct amount.

The ghoul victim can be played as a character, however, will constantly be attacked by residents of Barsaive on site. There is evidence to suggest that Garlen has reversed the effect on at least one such victim.. however, the details are at best rumors.
