(Sempai is the japanese word to use when you call people that you respected or older than you. For Ranma 1/2's fan, you might be familiar with this word because it's the word that Ranma called Kuno Tatewaki.)
Zoro: What happen? Where is Yosaku?
Joni: He..
Usop: What? They know each other?
Nami: What's going on here?
Rufi: ?
Joni: Yosaku is..
Zoro: Sick?
Joni: Yes. 3 days ago, he's still healthy. But then he pass out, and I don't know why.
Joni: His tooth came out and his old wound is bleeding. I don't know what to do. We take a rest at that island, and then..

Rufi and Usop: !
Rufi and Usop: We are very very sorry.
