Note:

[9]: Station was established in the 1950's as KCND channel 12, a CBS affiliate in the border town of Pembina, ND. In the mid-1970's, a Canadian broadcaster purchsed the station and moved it up to Winnipeg, rechristening it as CKND. The station later moved from ch.12 to ch.9. In the mid-1980's ch.12 became re-occupied as "12". [9] is one of very few Canadian stations with American roots.
