At the time, "TV Dial" was actually a supplement to the Times' Sunday magazine. The reader actually "builds" the magazine by cutting on the dotted lines and folding on the solid lines, then stapling where indicated. At the time when the Tampa bay market was merely 3 stations, this "weekly activity" is what made this TV magazine fun.
