Note:
[16]: Currently a satellite of [13]. Channel was to have been a new home for WPCB [40], with [40] being a home for Pax TV in Pittsburgh in fall 1998, but the plan has yet to be finalised by the FCC. [16] originally presented programming separate from [13], but became simulcasting [13] in early 1998 when it was anticipated that [16] would be sold to Paxson.
