Notes:

[6]: Listed as licensed in San Diego. This is one of 3 border Fox affiliates licensed in Mexico with studios in the US (the other 2 serve Brownsville and Laredo, TX). These Fox stations are owned by Latin-American media conglomerate Televisa and administered through its Grupo Telesistema subsidiary. Also, up to the late 1970's, [6] was affiliated with ABC, the first US network affiliate licensed in Mexico.

[12]: "TVA" refers to Televisa, which operates 4 over-the-air networks in Mexico, as well as scores of individual stations that offer the best of these; [12] is one of them. "TVA" is not to be confused with TV Azteca (another major Mexican broadcaster with 2 national networks) or the French-language TVA in Quebec.

"2", "4", "7", "9" & "11": Not listed in cable chart, which doubles as "Channels Listed" in this edition.
