TV 7 Jours / TV Hebdo

A TV Guide-style magazine covering most of the Quebec province and the Ottawa area. TV 7 Jours is a supplement to 7 Jours, a magazine mostly about French-Canadian actors. TV Hebdo is the same as TV 7 Jours, except that it's sold separately.

Notes:

1. Channels are listed in numerical order.

2. No cities of origination are provided, just the channels, calls, and the phone number of the station (phone numbers will not be listed on this site).

3. Channel grids cover only stations available in the Montreal area, and feature shows from 9AM to 1AM.

4. Affiliates of French networks are identified using these markers next to the bullets:

TVA> (TVA; Red)
SRC> (Radio Canada; Purple)
TQS> (Quatre Saisons; Green)
TQc> (Radio Quebec; Blue)

6. Color is used extensively throughout, including the listings, where the days are sorted by color:
Day: Color:
Samedi  (Saturday) Red
Dimanche (Sunday) Dark Blue
Lundi (Monday) Yellow
Mardi (Tuesday) Green
Mercredi (Wednesday) Orange
Jeudi (Thursday) Light Blue
Vendredi (Friday) Purple

7. Content is more dependent on listings than stories; it has only a couple of feature stories; other than that, it's extensive on movie listings (including separate listings for Super Ecran (a French premium channel)), sports (including separate listings for TSN (English) and RDS (French), and family programs, including La Canal Famille (the French canadian Family Channel)),

8. Starting with the 8/23/97 issue, features are also color-coded, but with stripes added:
