| Today was a good day. Three more people quailfied for states in the hot 90+ degree weather. James Stafford had a big day with his qualifying times for both the 1-Mile and the 800m. Chris McKee leaped over 5'6'' to get a ticket to the State Meet as well. And last but not least Rodney Bradner flew in the 100m to also qualify for states. That makes the total count, so far, 5 people in 8 events. This is by far the most athletes H-D has ever sent at one time to states. All these runners could have a great chance to score for H-D as well. Good Job team. Highlights from the meet were: Rodney Bradner, 2nd in the 100m and 3rd in the High Jump Jeremy Gaudet, 4th in the 100m and 3rd in the 200m James Stafford, 1st in both the 800m and 1-Mile Chris McKee, 1st in both the 110 Hurdles and High Jump Zach Emerson, 3rd in the 1-Mile John Gagnon, 6th in the 1-Mile Gaudet, McKee, Emerson and Bradner, 2nd in the 4X100m relay McKee, Ager, Stafford and Emerson, 3rd in the 4X400m relay |
