| Today was a big day for the H-D record books. Unexpectedly the 4X100m relay team of Jeremy Gaudet, Chris McKee, Doug Cook and Rodey Bradner tied the HDHS school record with a time of 48.7!!!!!!!!!! Awesome! But wait that's not all! The 4X400m relay team of Chris McKee, James Stafford, Zach Emerson and Doug Cook smashed the HDHS record by 5 seconds with a finishing time of 3:52.8!!!!!!!!!!! The nice thing is that at States, with rest in between races and not one after the other, these guys have 5 more seconds left in them. Chris McKee kept jumping higher and higher as he leaped over 5'8'' today. Jeremy Gaudet came close to State qualifying in the 200m with his 25.3, and Doug Cook was just one tenth of a second off the HDHS school record for the 400m in 54.4!!!! This was a great meet.
