Meet the Staff
Hello - my name is Rochelle Todd. This is my second year at Rutherford. This year I have an exciting challenge as the Wood Craft specialist. After teaching wood work for the first part of the morning I then take a composite class for the remainder of the day. This means that I teach mathematics, mini unit and major unit. I am also responsible for the Web Site you are now viewing. I also take after school computer classes, coach the Girls cricket team, coach the rugby team and the Super 12 Softball teams. As you can tell computers and sport are passions of mine, along with writing and reading. I am currently attempting to write a novel - so look out for it!!!
I believe in treating each child as an individual who deserves the best educational chances in order to gain success. Working with children has always been a passion for me and I have achieved this by not only teaching but also by nursing for 20 years, prior to teaching , specialising in paediatrics.
