Biltong	What is biltong? biltong [bill-tong] It is a traditional food that was invented to supplement meat intake long before any form of preservation for fresh meat was available in South Africa. Biltong consist of strips of cured, air-dried beef or game. Biltong was originally used as preserved meat. Don't worry, it is Halaal and Kosher. Nowadays it is eaten as a snack. Also it doesn't really look like that (see the picture), you will get in a small packet just like chips.
Dried Fruit Coming soon!	Made from a selection of Cape fruit that's been minced, flaked and then lightly dusted with sugar. I'm sure you will like it!!
