Step 1: Everyone must learn basic information about the life of a soldier in the Civil War. Basic Soldier 1 Basic Soldier 2
	Step 2: You will select a job that will help your platoon travel from Atlanta, Georgia to Delaware. You will research the lives of soldiers and write a journal entry for each day, describing the various duties that you would go through each day for a week. Create an Inspiration web with the facts that you find. Historian-Your job is to document historical facts about the Civil War, and your journey. Historian Information Link 1 Historian Information Link 2 Medic-Your job is find out about medical practices in the Civil War, and help to prevent disease. Medic Information Link 1 Medic Information Link 2 Cook-Your job is to find out about the different foods people ate during the Civil War era, to keep your platoon healthy for battle! Cook Information Link Soldier-Your job is to describe the different battles, and what went on during those battles. Soldier Information Link 1 Soldier Information Link 2
	Step 3: As a group, you will work together to create an historical fiction story about your trip to Delaware. You must include historical facts, but the accounts of each of your platoon members will be different, and fictional. You will then make a PowerPoint presentation describing your story and the activities in which you encountered. You must choose an era where battles were going on this area.
