Well, I guess I have mentioned that I am getting married (about 5 times, I know).  It's such an exciting event, although there is much planning to do.  Chris and I are getting married in a Catholic Church in Lake Charles, LA.  Following the wedding is our reception at Graywood Plantation, www.graywood.net.  We are lucky that my Aunt Peg has offered to help with the wedding decor.   I've never been this busy in my life -- I'm dreaming of dresses, limos, tuxes, cakes, flowers, tests, work, drama, you name it!  But it's all in a day's work!! 

     I have been brushing up on my cooking skills, or lack there of, recently.  The last dish I tried was Shrimp Stuffed Zucchini.  It came out superb!  If you like seafood and vegetables, this entree is a great one to try.  I was never interested in cooking much, although, now that I'm getting my feet wet, it's quite enjoyable.  And I absolutely love all of the kitchen utensils and gadgets.  I went crazy in Bed, Bath & Beyond when I registered for our wedding.  There is so much kitchen STUFF, it's amazing (It doesn't take much to entertain me, does it?).         :)
