Poor Kiyone is Mihoshi's partner! Kiyone is the only other person in Tenchi who can be considered a 'victim' besides Tenchi himself! The poor girl had a bright future ahead of her...until she was partnered with Mihoshi! She graduated second in her class and had earned respect throughout the Galaxy Police HQ. She's also a first class detective...the poor woman! Mihoshi seems to mess up everything Kiyone does to earn her way back into HQ or to earn money for that matter! Kiyone can be quite stubborn and selfish...but can you blame her for wanting to get back into HQ so bad?! Kiyone absolutely HATES Mihoshi, but does enjoy singing Karyoke with her and seeing how she's the only relaxed one.
Our good friend Kiyone is a very minor character in Tenchi Muyo! by only appearing in the Mihoshi Special. In Universe everyone travels around on her very own spaceship, Ugami. We first meet Kiyone when she comes looking for her incopetant(the nicest word to describe Mihoshi...)partner. She is VERY surprised to find not only Mihoshi, but the Space Pirate Ryoko, the princesses Ayeka and Sasami, and a mad scientist Washu! The first thing she does is pull a gun on Ryoko...later eats...and finally has a battle with her. It was OBVIOUS, Ryoko would kick her butt...but Ayeka HAS to butt in. If it wasn't for Mihoshi's bubble-headed actions, Ryoko would have been arrested. Later, Kiyone explains her troubles in the hot spring with them all. Kiyone soon becomes a popular character in two of the series! Kiyone often wears her GP uniform and has all sorta of cool weapons. A GP blaster, a combat yo-yo, Id pen, handcuffs...and one of her earings can call her ship, Yagami!
