All members of the party are members of Psi Corp, a secret psionic society. All the party members are high school students in a suburban Norfolk, VA housing development.
To deliver package from European contact back to Boston, MA headquarters of Psi Corp / Hansen Industries. The package can not go through Customs.
The party and their high school (European mythology, or space studies?) class will win a contest to see Europe. Psi Corp will rig the contest, but Psi Corp is not the one paying for the prize. The contest is run by a major brand of teen products. Psi Corp is able to get somebody on the inside to rig it. The party didn't signup for the class though. It was the guidance counselor who did it on orders from Psi Corp. Solving who signed them up for the course could be an adventure in bureaucracy in itself. This will be especially evident when the counselor is out sick for a couple of days and the computer system (courtesy of a coiler) won't let them drop the course.
The class will fly to Europe with a couple of tour guides and chaperones. The cities they will visit will be Naples, Glasgow, Suda Bay, Tromso, and Cartagena. The party must pick up the package from a Psi Corp representative. The party will not know who the contact is, but will have to confirm the identity via standard tradecraft. They must also break away from the class chaperones and guides to meet the contact. They additionally must cover for the disappearance of the teleport from the class activities for the duration needed for the teleport to rest up and regain psi points. This will probably be eight hours or more.
The teleport must arrive in metro Boston and then make their way to the Psi Corp meeting place without using anything that will track them. Their usual transit pass will not be usable since they are "out of the country". None of the class or adults will know about the mission. As far as their fellow travelers are concerned it is a normal contest trip to Europe. The class and adults do not even know about Psi Corp. It is actually a training mission and test by Psi Corp. The package is irrelevant. It is really a test of the party to assure loyalty and skills.
