• type in the words "pro - anorexia" or "suicide" in to a search engine and many of the pages that will be displayed are of a rather unsavoury and often dangerous nature.

• these sites provide information on, for example more efficient ways to starve yourself or different ideas on ways to commit suicide.

• this shows another problem with the lack of censorship of the web in that this type of information would never be printed because someone would be held responsible for its distribution. no one is responsible on the web.
