Request for Charter Critique

The Earth Counsel Charter is a living document requiring, prior to full implementation, critique by representatives of all land sectors, and among those sectors, by representatives of government, industry, academia, and international and non-governmental organizational Nodes, and within each of those Nodes, individuals having expertise in each represented Earth Sphere, as defined by the Charter.  All comments are considered and weighted in proportion to the above matrices established to ensure the equitable representation of the continents in light of the goals defined by the organization.  Earth Counsel has developed a system to incorporate critique of and commentary to the Charter, with an equitable degree of input sought from each organizational Node of each Continent.  To participate in the Charter critique process, click here.

Request for Participation in Charter Convention Protocol as a Delegate

Earth Counsel will post notices about the upcoming Charter Convention, tentatively scheduled to take place in December  2000, in Geneva, Switzerland.  In anticipation of that event, Earth Counsel is working on guidelines, consistent with the spirit of the Charter, to formulate a matrix of participants, or Delegates, from each continent for each sphere, and is seeking consultation in the establishment of those guidelines.
