Hi. I'm Samantha, the proud owner of two bigpeople and one littlepeople.  I adopted my new family in March 2000, when I was eight weeks old. Before that I lived with my Mum and Dad and brothers and sisters at their pets' house.  You can find out more about my Mum and Dad's pets on the links page under SpotofClass.

We had lots of fun running around the garden, playing 'Tag' and 'Steal -the-shoe-and-eat-it-before-anyone-finds-out'. I missed my brothers and sisters at first, but I have been training my pets since I arrived (the earlier you start with humans, the more chance of success, they say) and they are coming along quite well really.

I have also been trying to train the cat, but with less success. She doesn't seem to like me very much. I don't suppose it has anything to do with me stealing catfood from her bowl every chance I get...

My humans are really very considerate, for twolegs.  They made me feel at home from the beginning: the little one even wore spots to make me welcome! Then, when she got tired of the spots she gave them to one of the bigpeople. Wasn't that kind? I thought so, but the bigpeople wasn't too impressed...And it's true that their spots weren't quite as pretty as mine, and they were pink instead of black. The bigpeople called them 'chickenspots'. Hey, I didn't know you could get dalmatian chickens!! The chickenspots only lasted a couple of weeks (mine are beautiful and permanent), but it's the thought that counts.

I get lots of cuddles every day because my pets are completely dotty about me.  They have even given me a special nickname because they love me so much. They call me 'Sammy-No-No'. It sounds very important, don't you think?
