Ltd. was established in 1982 by Er.S.K.Grover, Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala, Fellow Institution of Engineers (India), Member ICI, Chartered Engineer, who is also Managing Director of the company. He was also instrumental in indigenising slipform equipment and the author of the book 'A Trail Blazing Journey of Technological Excellence From Sweden to India'.
