Situated in the traditional village of Banjar Anyar, with a private drive of 300 metres which leads across beautiful rice terraces. The location is surrounded by indigenous palm trees at the top of the rice terrace. The vista slopes gently down to a river. Within the compound the open plan ground floor opens out to a grand 15 x 6 metre swimming pool and Balinese gazebo. The surrounding gardens are tastefully planted and have ample lawns. All staff quarters are tucked away from the villa to ensure total privacy. Villa Anyar offers guests everything they would expect from a 5 star hotel and more. Villa Nusa Adana is situated in the quiet and private suberb of Umulas, seemingly far, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet only 7 minutes drive to Legian, the heart of Bali’s best shopping, restaurants and bars.

Villa Nusa Adana features 3 double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom. 2 are air conditioned and the other fan cooled. The bedrooms are set around spacious open plan living areas for lounging and dining offering stunning vistas of the pool and gardens below from every angle. The villa is tastefully and comfortably decorated with beautiful Indonesian teak furniture and artefacts.

Villa Atas Ombak is a private villa located in the Legian area of Bali. The main building houses a large open fronted living and dining area decorated with sophistication, simplicity and style. The kitchen, in an adjacent building is joined to the dining area by a narrow bridge over a beautiful lotus pond. Worthy of restaurant status, the kitchen is equipped with commercial stove, refrigerator and ice cream machine.

White terrazzo floors lead into the adjoining sitting room and master bedroom (air-conditioned) which is dominated by a large sunken bath, dressing area, plunge pool and open-air bathroom. Two additional bedrooms (air conditioned) are located on the other side of the main building, each with its own terrace, dressing area and open-air bathroom.

Directly in front of the main building and overlooking the private beach and shimmering blue pool is a 100 square meter pavilion, which is open on all sides. Constructed in traditional Balinese style with intricate thatched roof and supported by four massive pillars, the bale provides an informal area in which to relax with a cocktail and enjoy the exceptional colours that wash over the sky as the sun sets into the horizon of the sea.

The manicured garden, landscaped with Frangipani, Palm trees, Lotus ponds and stands of Ginger Lilies also boasts three ancient temples where daily offerings are made to favoured Hindu gods. There are modern telephone and facsimile facilities, TV/Video Recorder, Satellite, full stereo system and parking for up to five cars.
