Baliana Holiday Villa is a luxurious secluded + peaceful two-level residence situated in the heart of Legian + only 100 meters from the beach. Baliana Holiday Villa is a luxurious two level residence situated in the heart of Legian, approximately 100 meters from the beach and in easy walking distance to fashionable shopping areas, restaurants, bars and nightlife, yet secluded and peaceful.

Villa Baliana hosts 2 double bedrooms plus 1 twin bedroom, which are located on both levels to comfortably accommodate parties of 6 people. The ground floor bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning.

The spacious, comfortably furnished living and relaxation areas overlook Villa Baliana’s superbly landscaped tropical gardens. The outdoor dining pavillion and barbeque area provide guests with a perfect place to settle in the shade for a pool side lunch, an intimate dinner or a fun-filled family barbeque.

Nestled in the heart of Legian + approximately 300 metres from Legian Beach, Puspa Indah comprises of 3 seperate houses with shared swimming pool set in a secluded lush tropical garden. Puspa Indah I is a 3 bedroom villa with an expansive feeling that can only be experienced first hand. Puspa Indah II & III are 2 bedroom houses with combined lounge + dining areas that overlook the swimming pool.

PUSPA INDAH I
Serenely nestled in the heart of Legian, this tastefully decorated home has an expansive feeling that can only be experienced first hand. Along with two other guest bungalows on one-half acre (2,000 m2), Puspa Indah I is located in a private gated compound with a shared pool, about 300 meters from Legian Beach.

When entering "Puspa Indah I" through the main sliding glass doors, the first impression is that the informal living area is exceptionally large. Even considering the furniture - a corner lounge, large ‘bean bag’ chairs & a Chinese bed, the open, airy ambience is overwhelming.

Adjacent to the living area is a combined kitchen & dining area. Suitably furnished with an antique sideboard.

There are three bedrooms & two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs & one downstairs - all are fitted with double beds and mosquito nets. Downstairs bedroom has AC, Video, TV + Stereo.

The large lounges & Chinese beds could easily & quite comfortably sleep another four persons, thereby accommodating a group of ten people.

Landscaped gardens, a jacuzzi & a pool with sundeck chairs Puspa Indah I is one of the area’s finest homes - ideal for a large family or group of friends.

PUSPA INDAH II + III
Two fully furnished 2 bedroom houses share the 2,000 m2 block, along with Puspah I, overlooking the oval shaped pool. The main bedroom is upstairs, complete with mosquito net and fan. Large sliding doors separate the bedroom from the verandah. The second bedroom is downstairs and has only a single bed. For larger families the upstairs verandah can be converted into a third bedroom (with double bed). Combined lounge room and dining areas overlooking the garden and pool. The garden is well maintained, and even boasts a badminton court. Kitchen is small, more of a kitchenette than a real kitchen. Most guests prefer to ‘eat out’ - perhaps because it is located within walking distance of so many good restaurants.
