Satilla Elementary has an extremely
supportive and active PTO. In past
years, the organization has been
responsible for such improvements
to our school as air-conditioning the
gym, covered walkways,computers,
and support of the Accelerated Reader
Program. We encourage parents to
join the organization and attend
meetings. PTO meetings are an
excellent opportunity for parents and
teachers to meet and talk. Meetings
are held several times a year and will
be announced with notices sent home
with students. The May meeting shall
be the annual meeting for the
installation of officers for the following
year. |
