Mobilization   

 

	Mobilization lead time is contemplated to be two months from the date of award of Contrast and/or from the date of down/advance payment
	Manpower shall be deployed from the existing available   sources of Local and augmented by the expatriate forces – as from the level of Technician,       Supervisor, Engineer, Manger, Sr. Manger & the General Manger
	Other resources like installation equipment, Vehicles, Excavators/Backhoe, Skid loaders etc., shall be imported/procured locally as per the availability

Civil Works

 

	Ten Crews; each comprising Supervisor(1), Foreman(1), Carpenter(1),Riggers(4), Masons(2), Installer(2), Helper(4), Bar Bender(2), Welder(1), Electrician(1), Machine Operators(2)
	These Crews shall be responsible for trenching/excavating for the foundation of towers, shelter & fence – beams and the Fuel tank as may be necessary. Tower erection Chain link Fence, installation of shelter & earthing making it available to take over for installation transmission equipment
	All the Crews managed and controlled by Sr. Manager(Civil) & Manager (civil) supported by Logistic manager and PCD Manager from CO

Telecom/Transmission Works

 

	Six Crews each comprising of supervisor(1),  Technicians(2), Installer(1), Rigger(2), Helper(2)
	All the Crews managed by Sr.Manager (Trans) and Manger supported by Logistic Manger and PCD Manager
	Two Crews each comprising of Survey Engineer and CAD Operator shall conduct survey, design & prepare Red Line Diagrams and ABD

Safety & QA/QS

Two Crews each comprising Q/A Engineer(1), Safety Supervisor(1) shall conduct QA/QS and safety procedures complying to the client’s standards

Electrical Power Team

Manpower shall be deployed from the existing available sources in Nigeria and augmented by the expatriate forces – as from the level of Technician,       Supervisor, Engineer, Manger, Sr. Manger & the General Manger

Testing & Commissioning

 

Two crews comprising of Engineer(1)  and Technician(2) will conduct all the requisite tests and flag off for commissioning the site

Import and Procurement of Material & Equipment

 

Procurement manager supported by Warehouse manager shall plan for import & procurement of material and equipment following the PERT & PCM methods to see the requisite material is made available for uninterrupted seamless implementation of works
