First of all, quality of curriculum is crucial. Our curriculum is based on the Word of God. It is complete, using all of the best Christian authors and not just denominational books. It is applicable to current ministry and written by leaders, who are charismatic authorities in their field of study, regardless of their church affiliation.

I’m proud of the fact that we use textbooks that are authored in the image of Christ; writers such as: J. Oswald Sanders on discipleship, Neil T. Anderson on restoration, Josh McDowell on youth counseling, Henrietta Mears on bible survey, Bennie Hinn on the anointing, Bob Larson on spiritual warfare and Charles Capps on faith. It is truly the most exciting curriculum of any college in the world!

Secondly, Summit is attainable! It is affordable and a certificate or degree can be accomplished within a reasonable period of time. Why is this important? Christian theological education must address what Jesus told us would happen in prophecy and what He commanded us to do in regard to those specific prophecies. Jesus said, “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.” (Mt. 24.14) It is our job to equip and prepare you for ministry, for this end time harvest.

Summit Bible College is relevant to today’s issues. It is practical training in current problems within our world. Issues, such as wide spread social maladjustment, euthanasia, genetic engineering, and epidemic abortion, were not even imagined 40 years ago. They are realities today! Our training gives you knowledge, which gives you the confidence, to experience and commit to service to our Lord Jesus—whether full or part-time.

Don’t delay our Lord’s call, “Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? Behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.” John 4:35 Now is the time to prepare, so that you can reap the harvest for our Lord!

My thoughts go back to our first graduate student, Brad Sullivan, who graduated back in 1997. He is a full time minister, today, honoring the Lord, successful and approved of God. He prepared for ministry and he succeeded! It’s no wonder that our degrees have received overwhelming acceptance, by churches and ministries worldwide.
