Tuition Fees - Lower Division

First Quarter Tuition is higher because of yearly application fee.
$150 for 3 classes plus $75 yearly registration fee for a total of $225,
plus the cost of books.
Each quarter after that is $150 per quarter for 1-3 classes, plus the cost
of books. Each additional class, (classes 4 & 5) is $50 each.

Tuition Fees - Upper Division

Tuition is like the Lower Division except that it is $180 for 3 classes.
Each additional class is $60.
The tuition costs are the same whether students take 1,2, or 3 classes.
Students must be pre-approved to take more than three classes per quarter.
(Note: Students will be charged retail price - between $10 and $30 - for
textbooks plus $5 per book for class materials, shipping, and handling –
some areas may require extra shipping. All books must be ordered through
Summit Bible College.)
Each class must be completed within the quarter. If not, payments must be
resumed into the next quarter, increasing costs to the student if more time
is required to finish the last quarter’s classes. All tuition payments must
be paid at the first of the month. Master or Doctorate candidates must
complete payments within the first year.
(Note: Although we do not expect rate changes, all costs are subject to change.)

Grievance Procedure

All grievances are handled according to Scripture. The following system is our method of dealing with conflicts:

1. Attempt reconciliation by discussing it with the offending or offended party. (Matt 18:15)

2. If your brother or sister does not listen, go to him taking a committed Christian as a witness and explain your side. If it is not possible (because of distance) to go personally, write a letter to the parties involved and get a pastor to verify it by signing it, then send it to them. (Matt 18:16)

3. If you are still not satisfied, write a formal complaint, having a pastor sign and verify it, then turn it in to the Disciplinary Board of SBC. Wait for a judgment, allowing at least two weeks. (Matt 18:17)

4. Once a decision is made, pray about your alternatives, whether favorable or not, seek peace and guidance in the Word of God and get council. (Phil 2:1-4)

5. Act on what the Lord is speaking through the confirmations of the above steps. (Luke 17:3, Rev 3:19) (Note: Although we do not expect rate changes, all costs are subject to change by the College.)
