This site was made because I have no social life. I also lack PSP. I try my best to make quality wallpapers with what I have. These programs happen to be Windows Paint, Adobe PhotoDeluxe Home Edition, and Arcsoft Photo Editing (or something...). This is why the site is called [Insert Special Effects] Wallpaper. For short ISPW. Although it should be ISEW but that looks stupid. This is purely a hobby and I make no money from it. All characters, images, and etc. are copyrighted by bigwigs other then myself. You can use my wallpaper for your site too. Make layouts out of them or put them in your gallery. Whatever. Credit is nice but if you can’t remember this site that’s okay. Just don’t claim the work.
