Woke up fine sorta ok (I usually never wake up before noon but I was sleeping non-stop all week). How can I miss out on the biggest party of the century? Getting the essentials out. All the bad vices here. The green bracelet souvenir from Tunnel allows me to drink (how can u NOT drink during new years?). Don't even ask how much the cover was during that weekend.  13:50 - Scouting out times square. This was 45th St and we were already jammed like sardines! Heard some freaks lined up at 6am! It was too freaking cold and I didnt feel like lining up for 10 more hours. Besides, I need my afternoon nap.  13:51 - Dont believe me? This is pic is facing south. Red thang is the runway broadcasted worldwide, strange world music every so often. Chinese guitars with Indian bungra drums with Tibetian horns....folks...thats overkill. Every hour, the crowd would count down "10, 9....3,2,1" and confetti comes flying down. Just crazy. Next. |
