Baxter T. from Washington State!
My name is Baxter T. (for trouble) Reed. I live in Washington State on 5 acres way out in the country. I have a big brother, Hershey, who is a Chocolate Lab, and 4 cats who think they are in charge of barn patrol. (Cats like to fantasize a lot about being the boss!) We also have 5 horses and I help my dad feed them morning and evening. That can be pretty hard work, cause I have to make sure they proceed to the barn in an orderly fashion. So far they haven't caught on, but horses are pretty stupid so I try to be patient with them, and I stay outside the pasture just so I don't scare 'em too bad.
Anyhow, here is a picture of me with "The Look." I have perfected this look for the purpose of getting a cookie pretty much any time I want one. This expression says what a sad, mistreated, underfed little dog I am. I've noticed it works better when Mom has poked me in the ribs and says I'm not a butterball......go figure! Humans are almost as strange as cats.
