Ducan and Duffy from Dover New Hampshire!
 Duncan
My name is Duncan and I am a 3 year-old schnoodle that lives in
southeast New Hampshire. I have a Schnerrier brother named Duffy, a big fluffy cat brother named MacLeod and two cat sisters (who just hate us boys) named Harlequin (Harley) and India (Indy). Duffy is one year younger than me and my humans tell me that they got him because I was soooooo wonderful.
Oh,
did I mention that I am the most spoiled dog in the world? Duffy and I
compete in USDAA agility and we go to daycare twice a week to give the
cats a break.
We think that Bowdoin is just about the cutest puppy outside our
home!!!!!
 Duffy
My name is Angus MacDuff, but
people call me Duffy. Mom and Dad found me on Petfinder.org a year after
finding Duncan at their local shelter. They loved the Schnauzer breed and
were looking for another Schnoodle like Duncan. When they found me, I was
218 out of 288 Schnauzers posted on that day. I am a Schnerrier (Schnauzer
/ Terrier (Irish???) cross) and I was living at a very nice private shelter
outside of Dallas, TX when mom sent that first e-mail. My Fairy Godmother
agreed that I could go for a long plane ride after she called their vet,
Duncan's daycare, personal references and sent someone to their house for a
checkup on living conditions. When all was acceptable, she put me on a
plane and I flew into Boston to my new forever home. Duncan and I hit it
off right away, even though I'm a year younger and an inch taller. I
started going to obedience, was moved right into agility and have passed my
Canine Good Citizen test. Life here is very nice and I have many friends.
Lots of the humans call me "Hollywood" because they say I'm a clown and
should have my own show. Mom and Dad say that they were blessed to get the
two of us, though the three cats in the house don't agree. We now compete
in the local agility trials at the most basic level and our humans say that
it's all up to us how far we go. It has to be fun for us or we don't have
to do it. I just love running with my dad and I'm very fast! I have to
compete with the border collies because of my height and they are just like
lightening, but I'm catching up. Duncan only has to run with the little
dogs because the inch between us is right at the height change.
Life is very good here in New Hampshire and I love snow and the beach. I am
a true believer that Schnauzers should someday rule the world.
