I told mama that I should host the Mother's Day page, cause it was my turn to play the solo Holiday Mascot role. Mama then said "But Rudy, we want the theme to be about moms and babies and you don't have any baby pictures". To which I replied, "Come on give me a chance, I know I can play the part really well... I'll do a fine job, better than Mel Gibson when he played Hamlet".Well as you can see I finally convinced mama with the right wardrobe, a few props and a little make up that I could pull it off, heck just look what short dresses did for Shirley Temple! I had also asked mama to trim my beard and to use Miss Lady Clairol to get rid of some of my gray, but she said that would be carrying it too far. I had to agree, cause a fella has to think about his love life and the bearded gals seem to prefer well bearded guys. Hmmm.... wonder what happened to Bruce Willis' love life after he shaved his head for his movie?
Well... back to the point of this page. Both Nick and I really want to wish all the moms out there of both 2-legged and 4-legged kids a wonderful, wonderful Mother's Day. Relax and enjoy YOUR day!!
