Oct 31, 1838-Feb 1839 imprisoned for treason with J Smith & others
Feb 1, 1841 elected to city council of Nauvoo
Aug 13, 1843 cut off - subsequently reinstated
Oct 1843 J Smith requests that Rigdon be dropped from presidency but conference upholds him
May 17, 1844 nominated for Vice-President
June 18, 1844 leaves Nauvoo for Pittsburgh
Aug 3, 1844 returns to Nauvoo
Aug 8, 1844 claims right to preside as guardian
Sept 8, 1844 excommunicated
April 1845 organized "The Church of Christ", Pittsburgh, PA
1863 organized "The Church of Jesus Christ of the Children of Zion"
