No real relevance to anything with this little article, as per my total lack of reasonable content as of late, but I have a spam a day calendar given to me by my brother for Christmas, and this little doobie struck me as incredibly entertaining.
Yes, Spam A L'Orange. Why is this so entertaining? Well, my knowledge of old Warner Brothers cartoons tells me that Spam A L'Orange, much like Canard A L'Orange without the canard and with the spam, is roast spam in orange sauce. By itself, this is a rather disgusting dish to eat, no? But think about the effort it must take for Elmer Fudd to capture the spam. There must be some zany slapstick going on there, hoo boy.
I did look for more, entertaining Spam-a-day things to add to this, but I've looked for days, and haven't found one (if you'll notice, this is from March 15th and I didn't write it until the 21th). So in apology for the lack of content in this article, I have drawn a picture of Elmer Fudd trying to catch the spam in a kitchen, much like I can assume the cartoon of this would go.
