magnum!

Ok, so I just got back from seeing Zoolander with Ben Stiller and ours truly, David Duchovny! (who made a special, if not scruffy cameo) The movie was funny, I guess...like, there were some parts where I was like Oh kayyy....and then I laughed out loud, but whatever! Go see it and form your own opinions. And just in case anyone was wondering, I still think David is still "ridiculously good-looking!" ;)

A little OT...I just realized this year, my school's homecoming is on the same day as CC's (and Mulder's fictional) birthday! How kewl is that???

to Piper, Gillian Anderson's daughter! She's seven today! As old as my little sister! I hope she has a special day! I've also added the first known, if not grainy promo pic for S9 to the spoilers section, from a Canadian TV Guide. The picture is cute...Scully's got "Mommy hair"! Although you should be warned: the review is negative. Much like my feelings about another Mulder-less X-Files season. More updates to come....

I'm BACK!! OR, September 24, 2001

Let me start off by saying that I have had such an awful computer experience. A virus hit my poor computer so hard it was very sick for about a month. Therefore, I had no access to my site account, my Haven account, nada! ZIP! But, I'm back, and will soon begin regular updates ASAP, once my files have been recovered. In fact, I've added in some spoilers, so head on over to check them out.

The Tragedy : My Thoughts
When you put into context all the events which occurred these past weeks, I've realized that the range of emotions I experienced are much like the ones experienced in death. Although I have relatives in the affected areas in the country, no one died or was injured, thank God. However, I was incredibly shocked and saddened by what happened on Tuesday. The heartless, evil forces and the one who funded their "missions" are full of hate. When I saw the smoking towers of the two World Trade Centers, I was in denial. I thought I was watching something out of a blockbuster, action movie. But, after seeing the repeated images on the news that day, I cried for the victims and their families. I grieved for the children who wouldn't see their parents at Christmas, for the ones who called their loved ones as their plane was going down. Then, I am American, and have never been more proud of Americans than I have been in the past week or so; those brave people who gave their lives to save others, who are continuing in the relief and recovery effort almost tirelessy. They have broken our hearts, but we are still strong. And, altough I'm not a Bush fan, I've never been more proud of our president lately. He's proved me wrong, although I know the nation usually rallies around its leader in a time of crisis. No update, really. I've been so wrapped up in the first week of school (almost done!) assignments, life, etc. I haven't had time to update! Well, anyhoo, I've found and joined a great 'shipper fanlisting called Soulmates. Check it out! Ciao!

You can read the full article from the Hollywood Reporter here. Just who is Cary? Read about him in his filmography. Hmmm....maybe I will watch season nine after all....

vote! Argh and bleh. I hate my computer, and for some reason Geocities has taken upon themselves to be mean and not show my images, which are in my files, thank you very much! This is really one of those days where I should not have gotten out of bed. Sorry for the lack of updates--but I'm stressed and procrastinating working on both sites, and trying to finish up a summer assignment. Why do teachers give these? The whole point of summer is to *relax*. Argh. I knew this would be work. I guess you really couldn't call this an update, more like an apology. Sorry guys. When all this is over, I'll give you a more decent update!

vote! What has it been this time?? Nearly a month??!! Well, don't fear, gang, b/c I'm back now with a smidgen of an update. I've been so busy up here on vacation (again) in Pittsburgh, and working on my personal site Sweet N' Divine, which is also this month's featured affiliate. I know, I know, it's my site, but *this* is my site too, and I can do whatever I damn well please w/ it. LOL well anyhoo, I finally bought the official magazine. It's got some great season eight set photos, go check it out!

vote! Well all, I'm finally in DC. Hence, there will be few updates from now on. I just wanted to let everyone know I will be away for a while. If you live in the DC area, get outside! It's so nice up here; compared to the scorching heat we've had in Florida! I tried, really I did, to find a little icon to go with my DC update, but there wasn't 1 xcept for an old M/S one.:( Oh well. They'll be more updates soon!
