| The September 1997 Hall of Fame award winner is the Anhui International Trade Center. from Lee Sojot's Asian SCURK Collection.
This is a proposed building for the city of Hefei in the province of Anhui. Lee says he is not sure if this project ever made it off the drawing board (when dealing with the Chinese Communist government, since you can never be sure about large projects like these). The fountains were Lee's own addition. The choice of Lee's image as the September 97 Hall of fame member, brings Lee his third such award, having place 3 of the current 8 members into the Hall of Fame. Congratulations are in order.
