| Congratulations are in order to Lorencio Mateo for having one of the winning Hall of Fame images on the ballot ending August 1, 1999. This is Lorencio's First Hall of Fame Winner. The Winning image is a scurk of 'Shanghai's Jin Mao Building', the world's 4th tallest building. He told me when he submitted it that he had wanted to scurk this building for some time, but found it a difficult challenge. It is easy to see why the building was a challenge, and the efforts were appreciated by the voter's, who gave this image the largest total vote count on the ballot.
