Sweepriders for Scyjavor have not yet been assigned, as there are not enough riders to conduct sweeps. Sweeps over the major and minor holds and crafthalls are made by Sh'cril and the blue Azuth.

Any name with an asterick (*) is an adoptable NPC. Some NPCs will have pre-made character sheets, but most will simply be named and allow for more creativity on the adopter's part.
