Guest Policy

While our main slogan is:

FUN AND FRIENDSHIP BOTH ON AND OFF THE FAIRWAYS!

Our alternate slogan might be:

BRING A FRIEND...OR TWO...OR THREE!

Guests are welcome at all chapter functions; both social events and golf outings.

Monthly Chapter Meetings

Invitations to our monthly chapter meeting are neither required nor desired; attendance is free, just as it is for all of our members.

Social Events

Attendance at a social event requires an invitation from a chapter member. Guests, or their hosts, will be expected to "chip in" the same amount as chapter members do.

Golf Events

Attendance at a golfing event requires an invitation from a chapter member and clearance from the individual coordinating the event. Guest participation in golfing events is on a case-by-case basis and is governed by the availability of spaces; chapter members have priority over guests. Guests will be allowed to participate in one golfing event for the same amount as chapter members. Guests who wish to attend a second or succeeding event will be charged an additional $10.00 participation fee; unless otherwise stipulated, this fee will be waived through the end of calendar year 2000 for not only the first, but also the second and third golf events attended as a guest.

Cancellation Policy

Guests are subject to the same cancellation policy as members are:

Participants who cancel from an outing after a deposit has been made will lose one-half of their deposit.

Participants who cancel 30 days or less prior to departure of an out-of-town event, and can be replaced will be charged a 50% cancellation fee on monies paid toward the event (to date). Participants who can not be replaced will forfeit all monies paid.

No shows, and those who cancel within 48 hours of an event will forfeit all monies paid.
