Drawing has always been a big part of my life. It's what I'm good at and what I enjoy doing.
Most of my original artwork is based on my story, which, at one point, had a plot and a storyline. Now, I have so many characters, each with their own story and past, that my one story has become
many stories. I have WAY too many characters, and the original plot is almost nonexistant.
The original plot was about a girl (Juna) who moves to a city from the jungle to go to school. She tries to fit in and be 'normal', but she doesn't do a good job... Eventually, her cousin and some childhood friends show up and are about to ruin Juna's efforts to fit in. In the end, she realizes that her new friends like her the way she is and she doesn't have to be like everyone else.
That was how it was
supposed to be, anyway...
Well, as it turns out, I loved each and every one of my many characters too much, and ended up giving them pasts and families and stuff. Some of my characters are... really old... so, of course, they have had longer lives and more of a past for me to create. I ended up giving everyone parents, and the ones I really liked, I gave backgrounds to them, too. I even wrote about someone's parents's
ancestors...
Here's the story of a character's ancestor's parents...See what I mean!? I'm terrible! I make up more and more characters and lose any sort of story that could tie them all together! My characters are so diverese, that just one story isn't enough to hold all of them. I don't know what I'm going to do with myself...
