1: Must be atleast 16 years old! Reason being: game contains mature contents. AND I much rather a more mature group. I need not explain myself futher.
2: Character limits: Per Newbie - 3 regular characters (meaning a character that will be played majority of the time, all senshi) and 1 semi-character (a character played only a small portion of the time, non-senshi) . . . Per Oldie - 4 regular characters and 2 semi-characters.
3: Absolutely NO God-Moding! This includes making things up (having your character suddenly having a new power, or wings, etc) and being able to avoid every attack thrown at you - or even worse - not being affected my any attack thrown at you. Think before posting...use some common scence...and be realistic! Yes, senshi do have extra super normal powers, BUT they are all human (technically)
4: Must play atleast ONE (1) male character! (This is the only rule with an 'if') IF you are only going to play a single character then you do not have to play a male character...BUT if your single character happens to take (meaning they become an item, boyfriend - girlfriend type of deal) another player's male character then you MUST play a male character. This rule was made because the most common character is female (unfortunatly) and I'm always confronted with the problem of only having 2 or 3 male characters in total. I know every female character wants a boyfriend, so this just helps me out. Evens the odds a bit more...
5: No extreme Language! Meaning words such as 'shit' 'crap' 'damn' 'bitch' are acceptable. But if you are to use the 'F-word' either type it as such 'f***' do find another word to use. I am trying to keep the game clean. Also, refrain from using any religious slag for anything. We do have a few religious players, and ask that you respect them. An occasional 'God damn' will be tolerated, but not if you use it all the time.
6: No Hentai! So, your character has another half to them (boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, wife) and you want to 'get it on'...fine. Make out, kiss, touch, undress...but stop there! I will not tolerate characters having sex on the game board. Not everyone believes in sex before marriage, or in anything Hentai related. I remind you again, we do have some religious players upon the game.
7: Follow the storyline and settings! I will post the time, weather, etc of the game labeled as 'Settings' So if I say in the 'Settings' post it is 8pm, the sun is setting, and it is mid winter...do not post that it is mid-day and your character is sun bathing.
8: This is an Role Playing Game not your personal Fan Fiction! Do NOT start writing endless amounts of posts on my GuestBook or anything simalar to a Story for your own character(s). An RPG involves MANY players. You can throw in an idea "Lets have our characters fight, and I'll win." But DO NOT get all bent out of shape when another player comes along with their character to help the fight, making the wrong character win. Cause that is how an RPG works! You roll with the punches.
9: Follow the Aging rules! In this game, certian characters do not age normally (ie: the Ei citizens) I have made up a chart and it is posted on the Settings page. Please follow it.
10: Ask permission to become a Family Member! If you desire to become a character's family member (sister, cousin, neice, etc) please Email the player asking their permission. If they do allow you to become their character's family member, understand that they have say in your Characters Application. They were in the game first, after all. Also, please state in the beginning of your Application that you did get permisson from the player. I do check to make sure, so don't bother trying to slip something past me.
11: Ei citizens and senshi have pointy ears! Not long pointy ears like Deedlit (the elf from Lodoss Wars) more like the elfs from Lord or the Rings. Normal size ears, just pointy. Its a trait that I do require.
12: If appling to be an Original Senshi of Eternity please contact me before hand. I do not like wasting time, as I'm sure no one else does. What I mean by Original is that they are not from Ei, but from Earth. As it states in the Settings, a few senshi from our Earth were sucked through a dimensional portal...and were dropped onto Ei. If you are to be an Original SOE, then you will need to speak with each and everyone of the Original SOE players. Your senshi will be Required to have already be-friended the Original SOE when on Earth, which will be reflected in your History section. It will take a lot more time, but if you really want to be an Original SOE it is worth it.
13: No duplicating a players Character. Meaning, we have a character named Sailor Sun who is 12 years old...you can not decide you want to play a Sailor Sun, too, and just change a few details. Nor can you do a Chibi Usa deal, and have your character come back as a 18 year old Sailor Sun. It would be to confusing, and I get irritated to easily.
14: No rude OOC (out of character) comments on the Guestbook! I will not stand for petty fights between players...and I especially will not stand for rude comments towards me. That will just get you kicked off the game immediately. If you must, Email the player privately with your complains. If anyone should threaten another player I ask to be contacted immediately. Trust me, you do not want me to step in. I am not all powerful because I am the Game Master...I am all powerful because I am me. I will, as they say, rip you a new one!
15: Must post atleast twice a week. If you are going to be absent from the game, fine...I understand that people go on vacation, etc...BUT TELL ME BEFORE HAND. If you are absent for 1 week without an explanation, I will Email you a Warning of Dismissal. If you should be gone for 2 weeks you will be dismissed from the game. After your dismissal you may always try to apply for the game again, but I'd advise you to wait atleast a month before Re-Applying. If I should have to dismiss you from the game a second time you will not be allowed to Re-Apply for a year. After the second dismissal your character will either be handed over to another player until killed or made to 'disappear' after which your character will be removed.
16: All Senshi/Knights and Ei Citizens(of the correct age) MUST attend a school! I have taken the time to create 5 different schools, and design the uniforms for each. You may choose which one your character attends. This will be important while playing the RPG, helps keep characters mingling so no one gets bored and has their character wondering the streets aimlessly. School hours will be posted in the Settings. Of course Senshi will be able to 'disappear' from class to fight a youma...but I will try my best to keep the youma's for after school hours. ^_^ This also makes it a bit more like the TV show.
17: Power maximum is three: one weak, one medium, and one strong attack. If while playing the game your weak power suddenly becomes strong, your character will be striped of its power. If you refuse the change, then you will be removed. Power-ups will be pre-planned by me the GMs (usually with the turn of every 'season' or 'series' of the game).
18: Follow the Rules! This is a 'no duh' thing. Follow the rules or suffer the consequences...
19: GM's word is law! I am very fair, and will keep the game as so. I do not favor Oldies or friends, even they get yelled out for doing something wrong. I do not yell often, anyway...but when I do, you better listen. What I says goes...this is MY game, after all.
20: HAVE FUN! Why else join a game?
