- Kouga's relationships -
I took the liberty of making a small chart on Kouga's relationships; you can check it out below...
Kouga is a rather mixed character, known to have worked on both the good side and the bad side. Here are some of his relationships in written form...
Inuyasha; The main driff here is that Kouga hates Inuyasha's gut and is out to eradicate "dog turd" like him. They are love rivals, and enemies meaning they both love the same girl - Kagome. Kagome says that Inuyasha is the only one she loves and so, Kouga needs to remove Inuyasha so Kagome will have no choice but to be his "woman." Kouga has been known to nearly kill Inuyasha, but they do somewhat team up at times to destroy Naraku...
Kagome; Kouga loves Kagome... Thats the main deal. However, Kouga at first only wants Kagome to be his "woman" so that she can detect more shikon shards for him and his tribe. Yes, this may be selfish but he is doing it for fairly good reason... (Kouga needed shards to protect his tribe and destroy these half human/half bird demons that were preying on his wolves...) At any rate, Kouga eventually does fall in love with Kagome, and while he seems somewhat brash, he will protect Kagome with his life anyway.
Wolves and his fellow wolf-demons; Kouga, being the leader and all, will defend his tribe with a ferocity that matches Inuyasha when hes protecting Kagome. Kouga is immensely loyal to his tribe, and will revenge them, protect them, etc at any cost.
Naraku; Kouga also hates the evil monkey... (Who doesn't?) Since Naraku was the main mastermind behind Kouga's dead tribe, Kouga wants fried baboon for dinner...
Kagura; Alrighty, Kouga wants dead Kaguras too... Kagura was the demoness who did Naraku's dirty work, and basically slaughtered Kouga's family/tribe. I believe that Kouga actually hates Kagura more then Naraku because she was the one who actually killed them all, even though Naraku forced her. In short, Kouga is very very peeved at Kagura...
Ayame; If you still don't know her story; check it out^^ Ayame is in love with Kouga.. Theres no question about it... And Ayame will do anything to get her man back... ^__^ Kouga however has rejected Ayame for Kagome and for his goals - to destroy Naraku. So very sad... *sniffles* What more can I say?
