I made a small mission for the Mirage IIIC and the Israel terrain. Its based on the historic air battle over Cairo on July 30th 1970. At this time around 100 soviet volunteers flew for the Egyptians and the Israeli tried to lure them into a battle. A flight on 4 F-4E Phantoms attacked at this day the Nil bridges at Kairo and around 20 Mirage waited for the chance for hunting soviet piloted MiG's.
The plan worked fine and the Israelis shot down, if I remember right, 8 or 10 soviet piloted MiG's while loosing not a single plane.

Israeli Mirage strike on Egyptian airfield MAP - ISRAEL TYPE - ATTACK AUTHOR - GEPARD
I made an other "historical" mission for the Mirage and Israel terrain. It is the initial strike of Six Day War in 1967, called "Operation Moked". On June 5th 1967 Israel launched a preemptive strike and annihilated the most Egyptian planes at the ground. At 7:45 AM the first wave of Israeli planes attacked simultaniously the Egyptian major airfields. Two further waves followed and finished the job.
This mission is the initial strike on Inshas airfield. Your job is to kill the MiG's on the ground with unguided rockets and gunfire. Another flight will drop bombs on the runway.

Jordan Valley TYPE - CAP AUTHOR - GEPARD
For all who want to have a big Sabre vs MiG-15 duel. I have made this mission. It is pure fiction, but it is also pure fun if you see 48 MiG's fighting 48 Sabres.
The lines you will find below. I've made the MiG-15 for 3 Arab countries. Iraq, Syria and Jordan. If someone has the Vampire in his plane folder he can change the Jordan MiG into the Vampire.
If the Ouragan comes out, the F-86 could be changed against them.

Golan 1967 TYPE - CAP AUTHOR - GEPARD
Historical mission for Mirage III and Israel terrain. It is based on the air battle over the Golan Heights of 7 April 1967 when the Israeli Mirages shot down 6 MiG-21 (other sources said 10 MiG's) with no single loss.
The story is following. A squadron of Mirages from Ramat David AB takes off and engages a squadron MiG-21PFM from Marq Rial AB.

Israeli Mirage vs Syrian MiG 17 TYPE - CAP AUTHOR - JEANBA
On May 20th 1963, two Mirage intercepted a group of Syrian MIGs 17 intruding in Israeli territory. The Mirages caught the Migs by surprise and fired at them. Unfortunately, none was shot down. It would be discovered later that DEFA shells had been designed to explode inside heavy bomber fuselages. Fighter fuselages being much smaller, the shells could not explode. It's only when this teething problem was corrected that the Israeli Mirage would start gaining victories.

Attack on Mafraq TYPE - CAP AUTHOR GEPARD
It is the second phase of Operation Moked, the start of the 6 day war in 1967. In the early morning hours the Israelis annihilated the Egyptian planes on the ground. 12:45 the second strike hit the airfield at the Jordan capital of Amman. 13:00 Mafraq was attaked. Few minutes later the Hunters of the JAF are history. Surviving planes escaped to Iraq's H6 airfield.
The difference between this mission and the history are 4 Iraqi Hunters, which are in the air close to Mafraq, and cover the take off of their Jordan brothers in arms.

Yom Kippur Pontoon Strike V2 TYPE - STRIKE AUTHOR - GEPARD
It is Oct 5 1973. Yom Kippur. At 14.00 the Egyptian force launched a surprise attack and annihilated the first bunkerline of the Bar Lev defenceline. At 16.00 the first pontoon bridges were built across the Suez Canal. 16.22 The Heyl Hev Avir, the Israeli Air Force got the order to destroy these bridges. The Phantoms and Mirages run into the open knife. The attacks suffered so high losses, that the Israelis stopped the attacks of the bridges for some hours.
Now its your time to prove against the well prepared Egyptian air defence.
