How did this site come about?
Well, I was feeling really bored at home one day and just started mingling around with Dreamweaver, and decided to create a new guitar webpage! Voila!

Why is there a "Christian" section in your webpage?
I like to play Christian songs, especially praise and worship, and I've included them together and provided some links to good Christian websites for those inclined to Christianity. Actually, I even have plans to include a basketball section on this webpage! It might evolve into my personal homepage then!

How long have you been playing guitar?
I first picked up the guitar in February 2000 and found some guitar sites on the Internet and started my journey from there on. Nope, I haven't had any formal training before. :P

What guitars are in your collection?
Erm...I'm still playing on the guitar I started with, a nylon-string classical Yamaha CS-40 guitar which I borrowed from my aunt. It's about 7/8 the size of normal guitars and is good for fingerpicking but not strumming. As for the future, I've got my sights set on a Cort Earth 100 acoustic solid-top guitar which I'm going to buy (hopefully) early next year!

What are your guitar styles?
I'm not too sure about this myself, but I like to fingerpick songs and strum simple songs with simple melodies on an acoustic guitar. To sum it up, acoustic music. I have no experience whatsoever with electric guitars or the like, but maybe I'll get one in the distant future, who knows?

What are your hobbies?
Okie! The part I've been waiting for! Let's see...

Sports: Basketball...I love it though I'm not quite 3-point range yet.
Leisure: Guitar, Counterstrike, Studying (yes!), Dreaming & sleeping! ZZZzz...
Musical Interests (and influences): The Beatles, David Tao, Oldies songs

When I'm alone, usually on the train or on the bus, I'll tend to write some new songs along the journey. Lyrics are easy but figuring out a melody is incredibly hard. However, I'll continue writing, and I'll post the tab and MP3 here when they're finished :)

Okie, I've almost finished a song I'm currently working on. It's in Chinese (Mandarin) and the title is "Duo" (translates to "hide" as in "hiding from something") Here's an MP3 snippet of this new song (298 KB), in case you're interested in a preview of it. Be warned though, it is difficult to distinguish the lyrics due to the low bitrate and I don't have any Chinese language software to type out a lyric file. Hope you can make do with the melody for the time being! :)
