About Little Artists

Little Artists is an ART STUDIO, committed towards bringing joys of creativity and positive learning experience for all children whether they are BEGINNERS, PRODIGIES or JUST WANT EXPOSURE to the creative process. Children start from where their ability permits. The students are encouraged to experiment with various subjects and mediums to explore their creativity.

The intent is to bring out the best of their individual ability by tailoring the program according the ability of the child rather than subjecting them to a standard schedule.

As the children learn, they are pleasantly surprised to discover their talent. Step by step guidance and individual attention is the key to the program.

Little Artist has a cosmopolitan environment with over 150 children from different nationalities and backgrounds.

About the Artist

Programs are run by Ms Shalini Kapoor, who is professionally qualified in Design & Arts from Sophia Institute of Design, Bombay, which is one of the leading and prestigious institutions of India. She has further specialized in traditional Indian art and charcoal.

Besides being an art professional, Ms Shalini has special ability and experience in training children in art. She established Little Artists in 1997 to impart drawing and painting skills to children and instill in them an appreciation for art.

She has been associated with the Singapore Association of Mental Health as a consulting art therapist from 1997 to 2001.

She has also conducted art workshops for Singapore Airlines.
