Egoless team structure

A team structure in which everyone is equal, decisions are made by consensus, and the team works together to achieve a common goal. By adopting this structure, creative solutions can be produced since members spontantaneously get together to solve problems when they arise. Since it has (n2-n)/2 communication channels, it is well suited to difficult projects with many technical challenges.

 

The downside of adopting this structure is that the team might run into trouble if personal conflicts arise.
