next morning and the guy asked me if wanted some eggs and sausage,
so I went over and had eggs and sausage with him, and he gave Simon
a little bit of dog food to eat. Then I started out and walked
a mile and a half out Allen Gap on Wednesday morning and met Will.
From there we drove back to Erwin and I took a half a day zero day
and washed my clothes and soaked my foot. I just needed to
rest because the day before I had hiked eighteen and a half miles
and the mile and a half on top of that, so I had a good 20 mile day
that I didn't intend to hike |
