Monday: 1) Math: MQ9 even numbers from 2 to 24  2) Today we learned that the girls in our classroom will merge with the boys from Mr. Scott’s class to form a new grade five class taught by Mrs. Sparrow and Mr. Ashton.  3) Mr. Myers bids the nine girls who are leaving his classroom all the best and wishes for them to have a memorable, enjoyable and profitable year.  4) I have my third journal entry that is due by tomorrow morning.

Tuesday: 1) Math: MQ9 A to E; I need to bring in a wire hanger in order to make my math mobile tomorrow.  2) Let me tell you about the number line that our class began today.  3) Please sign up for the P/T/S conferences if you haven’t done so yet. 

Wednesday: 1) Math: MQ10 #1-17; I cannot wait for you to see my Place Value mobile and classroom number line when you come to the conferences.  2) We received our Personal Dictionary/Spellers today.  3) P/T/S conferences begin tomorrow after school.
Thursday: 1) Math: MQ13 all  2) We have our first P.O.T.W. that is due by the end of next week.  Let me explain to you how it works.  3) Mr. Myers is looking forward to meeting you either tonight or tomorrow morning.  4) There is no school for students tomorrow due to the second day of P/T/S conferences.  5) I have a science assignment that is due by next Wednesday.  *I have a late journal entry to submit.
