Tuesday: 1) Math: MQ15 even numbers; We had
our third and final dictation prior to our unit test this Thursday. 2) We enjoyed a presentation from Enmax
today regarding safety around electricity. 3) My science from last week is due tomorrow by the
beginning of class.
Wednesday: 1) Math: We
spent today’s math class reviewing for tomorrow’s unit test on place
value. 2) Mr. Myers has been away
ill since noon yesterday. 3) We
are working on paragraph writing and the editing process in language arts.
Thursday: 1) Math: I wrote the Place Value unit
test today and I feel that I performed poorly/well/superbly. 2) Will you please consider supporting
our school’s Terry Fox Run tomorrow with a financial donation? 3) Mr. Myers is evaluating my science
duotang next week. *Tomorrow is my
last opportunity to submit the mandatory P.O.T.W..
Friday: 1) There
is no P.O.T.W. for next week. 2)
Today in math we wrote the pre-test for our next unit on addition and
subtraction. 3) We ran an
exhilarating Terry Fox Run today!
4) Mr. Myers was away this afternoon at a workshop. 5) I have my fourth journal entry to
share with you this weekend. It is
due on Monday.
