There have also been events in other places, including Sheffield (2003), Kenilworth (2001, 2000), Framlingham (2000, 1999), Ashby (1999), Kaprun, Austria (1999), Middleham (1999), and Farley Hungerford (1999). As I have never been to these places, I have left them for the time being.
