Do to the joining of yahoo and webring. You know have to be a yahoo member or become one. Which in my opinion is a pain in the ass if your not a yahoo member.  So If you would e mail me some information on your site like the title, Url, and a short couple sentences telling me about it,  I will look it over  and  I will manually put the site in the webring so you don't have to have a yhaoo acount.  My email is evaangel@dragonslave.com
